  • ¡ó HK Fei Hong Industrial Co., Ltd. is an investment company registered in Hong Kong. Its main business is the plastic products and other relevant products. The company began to make an investment in Mainland China in 1995.

    ¡ó It successively invested funds of 50 million RMB since June of 1995, established ¡°Shenzhen Youzhao Industrial Co., Ltd.¡±(This company has already logged out in June, 2009).

    ¡ó Invested 100 million Hong Kong dollars in June of 2006, established ¡°Huizhou Songa Industrial Co., Ltd.¡±. It started to operate formally in November of 2008.

    ¡ó Invested one million Hong Kong dollars in November, 2008, registered as ¡°Shenzhen Songa Industrial Co., Ltd.¡±, which mainly manages the domestic market.

    Shenzhen Songa and Huizhou Songa have already formed the operation way for both export and domestic sales.

  • Huizhou Songa Factory
  • ¡ò Huizhou Songa occupies a land area of 31,000 square meters. It has already taken up 19,000 square meters and 12,000 square meters are reserved for future developments.
                
    ¡ò The first stage of investment is thirty-six million RMB to build two factory buildings, one warehouse, one staff`s dormitory building and one cadre`s dormitory building. It meets existing capacity requirement and can accommodate 600 employees (300 employees at present).

    ¡ò Huizhou Songa is located at the west of Dayawan Economical and Technology Development Zone of Huizhou city and adjoins with the petrochemical industry of Zhonghai Shell, which is located at the east of development zone. It will only take 30 minutes to Yantian Port once the coastal highway is completed and these are rare location advantages as it is close to exporting port and the raw materials producing center.

  • ¡ö¡°SONGA¡± is the company product brand. The SONGA series products successively obtained 35 industrial design patents, the SONGA series products were selected the Chinese quality products in 1997.  ¡°SONGA¡± is a well known brand on the market of plastic products.

    ¡ö In April of 2002, SONGA became Rubbermaid¡¯s first OEM factory in Asia.

    ¡ö In July of 2003, by cooperating with Cheetah USA, the new electric box that was researched and developed obtained US`s patent and Chinese industrial design patent. Now we are beginning to start this production project by cooperating with time-honored company LEVITON USA.

    ¡ö SONGA is the main supplier of famous markets such as China Wal-Mart, JUSCO, PARKnSHOP, Ito Yokado and etc.

    ¡ö SONGA was evaluated the best supplier by China Wal-Mart in 2000.

    ¡ö Our products have already been exported to Asian areas such as Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Philippine, Indonesia and etc., also expanded to Middle East, Australia, Europe and American area. We maintain the long-term cooperation relationship with over one hundred foreign customers.

    ¡ö SONGA has the experience of plastic injection molding technology for more than ten years.  
    It has already set up one experienced and expert manufacturing team.

    ¡ö SONGA has developed over one hundred kind of products.The company possesses more than 40 injection machines and two production lines, all adopt automatic production operation. Injection machine ranges from 180T to 1300T and the product coverage is very wide.

    ¡ö Now, all moulds are 100% designed and manufactured by SONGA. Besides, we succeeded in developing and making over 100 moulds for Rubbermaid. We have had the core competitiveness in the product and mould design/manufacture.

    ¡ö In order to meet the customer`s various demands and diversification of products, we offer thermal transfer printing and In Mould Decoration process as well.
